Kotor and the cable car
The Bay of Kotor tour is the classic half-day: fjord views, the old town, and time to walk the walls if you want the stairs. The Kotor Cable Car is a separate trip if you care more about the viewpoint than the lanes. Both list pickup in Herceg Novi Centre inside Daily Trips.
Trebinje without the overnight
Trebinje is the wine-and-sun day from the bay: old town lanes, plane trees, and a slower pace than the coast. You will cross into Bosnia and Herzegovina, so bring your passport.
